Your Goals

  • The Goals / Performance tab of My Details, shows your current goals set by your manager and an historical list of your performance reviews
  • The list of goals will show you what the goal is and when the goal is due for review. This could be the date of your next performance review, but could also be a date outside of normal reviews, depending on the goal itself and requirements of your manager or related value/project.
  • You can add, edit or delete your own goals, alongside adjusting the weighting settings for each. Any changes here, will notify your line manager by email.
  • You’ll also see a list of current and historical performance reviews. This shows the start and end dates of that review, as well as the status.
  • Clicking on a review with the table, will open the review. The review may be read-only if already completed or awaiting your manager to review this, but could be open if the status of the selected review reads ‘employee not started’.
  • You could then continue to complete your performance review via this route.
  • Depending on how many goals or performance reviews you have, the two lists may appear fairly empty or quite full. As you can see above, the examples are fairly empty.
  • You can use the table controls to search on the first column in each table, display X entries per page and browse through different pages of your goals or reviews to find certain records or view a complete list of each of these elements. Each table column can also be sorted in ascending or descending order.
