Jobs - Overview

Within MyPeople, you can take care of your recruitment requirements, using the Jobs feature. Jobs, allows you to create vacancies, manager internal and external applicants and even provide an external URL/website address, for applicants to apply for positions outside of your organisation.


There are some key steps to Jobs, which are:

  • Create a job vacancy
  • Publish the vacancy internally and/or externally
  • Manage applicants, including short-listing and rejecting applicants
  • Offer position to an applicant
  • Confirm employment, including integration in to your employee database
