Any job vacancies within your organisation, can be applied for by internal or external applicants. For external applicants, they will need to browse to your externally facing job page.
A guide to possibly send to an external applicant detailing how they apply, has been added as an attachment to this article. Please download and send to an applicant, should you feel this is required.
Externally Facing Job Page
As part of MyPeople, your organisation has an externally facing job page, which you could link to from your corporate website. This is viewable without having to log in and accessed by browsing to the following address:
https://customer-prefix.mypeoplemanager.com/recruitment/external - where customer-prefix is the URL pre-fix associated to your organisation and the same as you use when logging in to your corporate MyPeople system.
For example – https://mypeople.mypeoplemanager.com/recruitment/external or https://acmecorp.mypeoplemanager.com/recruitment/external
Any of the current vacancies within your organisation will be displayed and external applicants can then click a vacancy they’re interested in, to see the details and apply. As mentioned above, the attached guide below, can be sent to your external applicants or referenced by you or your colleagues, to advise on the process of applying externally.
