My Details - Personal & Contact

Applies to: All Employees, Team Leaders/Managers and HR/Customer Administrators


The Personal and Contact tabs of my details, contain information ranging from your title, to your marital status, to your email address and telephone number details.


Personal

  • The personal tab will look similar to the following.


  • There is also a Medical Details table, which could contain information needed by your company for things such as allergies, or any condition that could important for your colleagues to be aware of.


  • The personal tab is unlikely to change too much over time, but we recommend initially checking your details and ensuring they are correct.

Contact

  • The contact tab includes information relating to business or personal address, as well as telephone numbers and email addresses, which will also show as either business or personal.


  • The contact tab will look similar to the example above.
  • Should any of the information on either the personal or contact tabs be missing or incorrect, please report this to your company support team or HR administrator/department, who should be able to update this for you.
